A nuts and berries martini combines raspberry liqueur with hazelnut liqueur for a sweet, nutty drink. This drink is vodka-based and is finished with light cream to add richness.
Servings: 1
- 2 oz. (60 ml) vodka
- 1 oz. (30 ml) hazelnut liqueur
- 1/2 oz. (15 ml) raspberry liqueur
- 1/2 oz. (15 ml) crème de cacao
- 1/2 oz. (15 ml) light cream
- Ice
- Fresh raspberry
Steps
1 Combine the vodka, liqueurs, crème de cacao, and creme in a martini shaker.

2 Add ice until the shaker is about 2/3 full.

3 Shake the drink for about 20 seconds.

Tips
- If you don’t have raspberry liqueur or if you want a different berry flavor, then you can simply substitute 3 ounces (60 milliliters) of berry-flavored vodka for the 2 ounces of vodka plus 1 ounce of raspberry liqueur.
- For a vanilla flavor, substitute French vanilla liqueur for the crème de cacao.
